This notice is issued under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. It explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you contact us or submit an enquiry through our advertisements, forms or messaging channels.

1.Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

All personal data described above is provided directly and voluntarily by you, through an enquiry form you complete on Facebook or Instagram, through WhatsApp, by telephone, or in person at one of our clinics.

We will not use your personal data for any purpose that is unrelated to the above without first obtaining your consent.

Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. However, if you do not provide at least your name and a contactable telephone number, we will not be able to reach you, answer your enquiry, or arrange an appointment for you.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this notice, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law or by professional record keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or permanently anonymise it.

We take reasonable practical steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited to staff and service providers who need it to carry out the purposes described above.

We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.

This notice is issued in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
